Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Séjou, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is undamaged and in its original condition. Please ensure the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@sejou.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, we’ve got you covered. Follow the same steps as for a return, and let us know your exchange preferences in your email. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process and ship the new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sejou.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.
